My Dream of A New Portable Sewing Machine

Welcome Tuesday, and it's time for Tuesday Tag Along blog hop !
I would say many thanks to Twee Poppets to host a great blog hop party every Tuesday

Tuesday Tag-Along

I also say many thanks to Take It From Me to host a great wednesday event, Thank you !!

In my previous post, I mentioned that I don't have any sewing machine at all. It's a disaster to have no sewing machine ^_^ I practically handsew all of my projects, and it's really tiring. But I plan to buy one next month, I hope I can find a great machine at a great bargain. Yup, today I just want to inspire myself by posting this Brother PC-420 picture : (Reading its reviews on many websites, I'm quite sure that this is really worth to buy)

Btw, Is there any suggestion what kind of sewing machine that I need to buy?
There are a lot of singer here, but it's hard to recognize fake singer from the original one. Brother has many fans too, despite its high price for new item. There are many brands from China too, but I guess I shouldn't buy them

A Too Late Monday Favourite 29/6

It's a too late post for my Monday Favourite and guess what? I didn't post about something that I made at all for about a week or so and I'm really sad about it T_T LOL

But the good news (for me) is I'm working on another dress for my girl and planning about a moslem girl dress for Eid complete with hijab for my little darling and a moslem wear (we call it "koko" suit) for my older boy. But they would be hard without a sewing machine (did I mention that I don't have any sewing machine?) My hands are tired for handsew T_T

Finish about that sad story, here are my favourite for this week :
(I try to grab them around the world) so enjoy them :

After talking about natural colour for food, now I'm gonna talking about natural dye for textile. Colouring process by natural dyes consumes more times than synthetic colouring process. It usually takes 30 - 50 soak. Instead of it long process, natural colouring is still the best method to give our fabric a pop of colours. It wastes no hazardous chemicals, unlike the synthetics one. And the best part is, we can use natural waste as a natural dye, for example : mangosteen. Here are some of natural dyes that are used by batik crafters in Indonesia :
